Behind the Scenes: Preparing for the Designer Showcase 2025
At Boulevard Interiors, the Designer Showcase is one of the most exciting events of the year—a moment where creativity, craftsmanship, and vision come together in a stunning display of design excellence. As we gear up for the 2025 Showcase, we invite you behind the scenes to see how our team meticulously prepares for this much-anticipated event. It is truly an exciting time for all of the designers who participate as it gets us working together and really get to know one another. I truly love it!
Concept Development & Inspiration Every great design begins with a concept. Our team draws inspiration from art, architecture, fashion, and global design trends to craft a space that tells a unique story. This year, we are embracing a theme that blends timeless elegance with modern innovation, while preserving the historical charm and feel of this home. This year’s home is a historical Tulsa home built in the 1920s with stunning Art Deco details, adding an extra layer of history and character to our design approach. We have the honor of being chosen as the designers of the great room, the house’s main living room, which is a spectacular space!
Material & Color Selection Can you believe this blue/ green carpet is hiding a fabulous original hardwood floor underneath? We were se excited to see it once we pulled the carpet up! Current colors are all going but we are keeping the original wood trim. It’ll flow amazingly well with the rest of the home.

Space Planning & Layout With room this big, we are creating several seating and conversation areas, as well as bringing a piano into the mix. It’ll be fabulous!
Collaborating with Artisans & Craftsmen A highlight of our preparation process is working with talented artisans and craftsmen who help bring our custom elements to life. From bespoke furniture to one-of-a-kind accessories, these collaborations ensure that our showcase presentation is both original and unforgettable.
