Whether you're building new, remodeling, or furnishing a space, we provide a seamless and personalized experience that brings your vision to life.
Our Process: Simple and Straight-forward
Offering a wide spectrum of custom interior design services for clients, architects and builders, Boulevard Interiors prides itself on providing professionalism and personalization in all aspects of the process.
The Design Scope varies for each project, however the overall Design Process is very similar for each project.

STEP 2
At the initial client meeting, we will evaluate your space, take measurements if needed, gage the furnishings or remodel level, and take “before” photos of the existing space. We’ll meet, talk and collaborate in order to understand the scope of your project and the direction of your design. We want to understand you, learn about what’s important to you and how to make your space blend perfectly with your lifestyle.
The complimentary phone consultation is the starting point. During this 20-minute phone consultation we will discuss the scope of your project, your goals, your timeline or budget. We will ask you about your tastes, your lifestyle, and how you intend to use the space. We will also introduce you to Boulevard Interiors and how we work to ensure that we are a good fit!

PHASE I - GETTING TO KNOW YOU
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN & LETTER OF AGREEMENT
A truly exciting part of the project! Once our design and budgets are in place, we start on implementing the design and construction changes you seek. That may involve a myriad of things, like placing orders for furniture or custom window treatment, obtaining the necessary permits, finalizing even the smallest details, and taking care of anything else to enact the changes you seek!
A careful budget and is performed at every step as well.
STEP 4
If we determine that your project and our work style are a good fit, we will define the scope and details of your project starter in a Letter of Agreement and get to work designing your space.
We further clarify the scope and design direction, and include initial selections and floor plans. We then present the overall design concept, and, once agreed, we move on to the interior design Project Launch.
PHASE II - PRELIMINARY DESIGN & PROJECT LAUNCH

STEP 3
All our efforts lead up to this point, arguably the most exciting part of the design process for you, the client. This is the time to take it all in! Furniture is arranged, art framed, and every last detail is installed. and we get to see the reality of your vision—a beautiful and perfectly functional space designed and installed for you.

We are nearing the completion!
In remodels, the construction is well under way, so expect lots of activity with all trades playing their part in creating an amazing home for you.
In Furnishing & Décor project, the long awaited day is here when all the furniture, art, and accessories are being delivered.

This last step of the process involves addressing any issues or missing items so you can enjoy your new beautiful space!
